端に連結し、上記可動軸が移動途中の所定位置を
車外側に越えたときにこの車外側へ向つて可動軸
が移動するように付勢する一方、同上所定位置を
車内側に越えたときにこの車内側へ向つて可動軸
が移動するように付勢する付勢手段を設けたこと
