[Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a disposable chicken feeder that is installed on the floor of a chicken house or cage when feeding chickens, especially chicks. [Prior art] When feeding broilers, egg-laying hens, etc., conventionally, as shown in Figure 3, paper 1 is spread on the concrete floor or cage floor in the chicken house, and feed 2 is scattered on it. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 4, it was common to feed the feed 2 by placing it in a shallow box-shaped container 3 called a special tick plate. [Problems that the invention attempts to solve] However, with all of these methods,
There is a lot of waste as the chicks get into the feed and scrape it out to the surrounding area, it is unhygienic as chicken feces gets mixed into the feed, feeding has to be done 3 to 4 times a day, and there is a special tick plate. had various problems, including the need for time and effort to wash and disinfect after use. In view of the above problems, the present invention combines a cardboard feed tray and a thin paper hopper to provide a disposable chicken feed feeder that eliminates feed waste, is hygienic, and reduces the number of feeding operations. The purpose is to [Means for solving the problem] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention connects a flat feeding part to the outer periphery of the lower edge of the conical part, and a peripheral wall part is erected on the outer edge of the feeding part. The feed tray is made of cardboard, and a cylindrical foldable thin paper feed storage hopper is erected on the lower edge of the conical shape, and a plurality of feed outlets are formed at the lower end of the hopper. That is. [Function] Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the hopper can be folded up and stored in the feed tray when not in use, and when in use, the hopper can be extended and feed can be poured from above. Then, the feed stored in the hopper naturally falls in the required amount from the outlet at the lower end of the hopper into the feeding section, allowing feed to be fed to the chicks. Moreover, the chicks are not allowed to enter the feed tray, thus preventing the feed from being scraped out or excreted into the feed. In addition, by increasing the capacity of the hopper, the number of feeding operations can be significantly reduced, and since it is made of paper and is disposable, there is no need to wash or disinfect the hopper after use. [Example] Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 and 2. Incidentally, FIG. 1 shows the feeder with chicken feed in its used state, and FIG. 2 shows its folded state. The feeder 4 with chicken feed is used by being placed on the floor of the chicken house or the cage floor, and includes a feed tray 5 made of cardboard.
and a hopper 6 made of thin paper for supplying feed into the feed tray 5, and the lower end of the hopper 6 is glued to the top of the feed tray 5. The feed tray 5 connects a flat feeding part 5b having a width that is wide enough for the chick's head to fit around the lower edge of the conical conical part 5a, and prevents the feed from spilling on the outer edge of the feeding part 5b. A peripheral wall portion 5c is provided upright for this purpose. The hopper 6 is formed into a cylindrical shape having approximately the same diameter as the outer circumference of the lower edge of the conical portion 5a, and has an open upper portion serving as a feed inlet 6a, and a plurality of feed outlet ports 6b at the lower end. It is formed. Although the above-mentioned conical portion 5a is conical and the hopper 6 is cylindrical, it is not necessarily conical or cylindrical, and may be a polygonal pyramid such as a square pyramid, a triangular pyramid, a square cylinder, a triangular cylinder, etc. It can also be made into a polygonal cylindrical shape. Since the present embodiment is configured as described above, when feed is inputted from the input port 6a of the hopper 6, the feed can be stored in the hopper 6, and
Feed can be supplied to the feeding portion 5b of the feed tray 5 through the outlet 5b and the conical portion 5a formed at the lower end of the hopper 6. Since the width of the feeding section 5b is wide enough to accommodate the heads of the chicks, it is possible to prevent the chicks from getting into the feeding section 5b, thereby preventing the feed from being scraped out or excreted into the feed. Also, Hopper 6
is made of thin paper material, so when not in use,
It can be folded and stored as shown in FIG. Further, since the chicken feed feeder 4 is entirely made of paper, it can be thrown away after use and does not need to be reused, which saves time and effort such as washing with water and disinfecting. Next, the results of a comparative test conducted four times using the commercially available tick plate shown in FIG. 4 and the case using the feeder of the present example described above are shown in the table.

As described above, the present invention connects a flat feeding part to the outer periphery of the lower edge of the cone-shaped part, stands a peripheral wall part on the outer edge of the feeding part, and forms the feed tray with cardboard,
This paper feeder for chickens has a cylindrical foldable thin paper feed storage hopper erected on the lower edge of the conical shape, and a plurality of feed outlets are formed at the lower end of the hopper. When in use, the hopper is folded and stored in the feed tray for easy storage, and when in use, the hopper can be easily put into use by simply stretching it out. In addition, by storing feed in the hopper, only the required amount will fall from the outlet to the feeding section, which can greatly reduce the number of times feeding operations are required. In particular, by increasing the hopper capacity, the effect will be increased. . Moreover, the above structure prevents the chicks from entering the feed tray, thereby preventing feed from being scraped out, improving feed efficiency, and preventing feces from being discharged into the feed, which is sanitary. Furthermore, since it is made of paper, it is disposable and does not require washing or disinfection as with conventional tick plates.
