Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce equipment cost and raise accuracy in the temperature control by blowing steam into a circulation passage and forming a heating device with a steam mixer and heating the water which is a heating medium by blowing steam into it. CONSTITUTION:The water in a tank 1 is sent to a member 6 to be heated by the operation of a circulation pump 2, and then it returns to the tank 1. During this circulation steam is blown in from a steam mixer 3 to heat the water so that the member 6 to be heated is heated. If the temperature detected by a temperature regulator T is lower than a set value, the opening of a regulating valve V6 is made larger to increase the amount of the steam supplied to the steam mixer 3. On the contrary the water temperature detected by the temperature regulator T is higher than the set value, the opening of the valve V6 is throttled to reduce the amount of steam supplied to the mixer and the amount of the steam supplied to the mixer 3 becomes smaller, and the temperature of the warm water sent to the member 6 to be heated is automatically controlled. Because of the simpleness of the construction the equipment cost is low and furthermore it is possible to provide temperature control of high accuracy.

In recent years, paper has been prepared by passing paper between heated rolls at the final stage of the papermaking process, but heating of such rolls is usually done by passing a heating medium through the rolls. In order to utilize the heat effectively, the heat medium is circulated and heated to a predetermined temperature by a heating device installed in the middle of the circulation path. Here, an upstream heat exchanger has conventionally been used as the above-mentioned heating device, and two types of heat medium, water and oil, have been used, but the equipment cost of the heat exchanger is low. In addition to being expensive, the responsiveness during temperature control is poor, making it difficult to manage the temperature of the heated member. When the temperature of the heated member is set to 95°C or lower, the water used for the shell has the problem of unavoidable corrosion of the heated member and hot water piping due to hot water corrosion, and also the problem of bumping. Therefore, it is not possible to set the temperature above 95°C. When oil is used as a heat medium,
If used as a heat medium at temperatures below 150'C, which is the low-temperature range, temperature control accuracy will become slower and equipment costs will be higher than when using water, unless high temperatures of 150°C or higher are required. ,Not appropriate.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, the present application provides a tank, a supply device and a circulation path for returning water stored in the tank to the tank through a heated member,
The gist of the specified invention is that in a heated water circulation and preparation device comprising a heating device installed in the circulation path to heat the water, the heating device is formed by a steam mixer that blows steam into the circulation path; It is designed to heat water, which is a heat medium, by heating water, which is a heat medium, and also includes a tank, a supply device and a circulation path that return the water stored in the tank to the tank through the heated member, and a circulation path installed in this circulation path. A combined invention of a heated water circulation and preparation device consisting of a heating device for heating water, in which the heating device is formed by a steam mixer that blows steam into the circulation path, and a pressurized air blowing device is connected to the tank. The gist of this is that by blowing pressurized air into the tank to make the internal pressure of the tank higher than atmospheric pressure, it is possible to obtain so-called hot water without bumping problems. The present invention will be described in detail below based on the illustrated embodiment.A circulation pump 2 and a steam mixer 3 are provided between a heating member 6 and a tank 1. A circulation path is formed by connecting the outgoing piping and the returning piping. A valve ■1 is installed between the tank 1 and the circulation pump 2, and a flow rate regulating pulp ■ is installed between the circulation pump 2 and the steam mixer 3, and a double-wave heating member 6, In the distribution section to 6, there is a valve ■1, respectively. ■, is provided. A flow meter F and a temperature controller T are installed downstream of the steam mixer 3. In addition, the steam supply path to the steam mixer 3 includes, in addition to the safety valve S■ and the valve ■, an adjustment valve ■6 whose opening degree is adjusted according to the output value of the temperature controller T, and a check valve ■6. A valve C1 is provided. The temperature controller T here sets the adjustment pulp ■6 to 7111 when the detected temperature is lower than the set temperature, and on the other hand, when the detected temperature is higher than the set temperature. This is to throttle valve ■6. As shown in FIG. 2, the steam mixer 3 has seven nozzles 31 installed in the smallest diameter part of a main body 30 which is partially squeezed, and steam is discharged from the nozzles 31 into the main body 30. The tank 1 is equipped with an over-70 pipe 15, as well as an air vent pipe 16, a drain pipe 17, a safety valve S■2, etc., and the compressed air supply source is connected to the valve ■8 and a safety valve in the upper space. It is connected via SVt. Furthermore, a high pressure water supply source is connected to the tank 1. Note that PG and PG are pressure gauges. If you want to control the temperature of the heated member 6 to approximately 95°C or less, first supply the required amount of water to the tank 1, start the circulation pump 2, and adjust the flow rate to the required amount using the flow rate adjustment valve 2. Adjust accordingly. Then, the temperature is set on the temperature controller T, and then valve 5 is opened to start supplying steam to the steam mixer 3. The water in the tank 1 is sent to the heated member 6 by the operation of the circulation pump 2, and then returns to the tank 1. When this happens, steam is blown in from the steam mixer 3. When the heated member 6 is heated, the member 6 to be heated is heated. When the water temperature detected by the temperature controller T falls below the set value, the opening degree of the regulating pulp ■ is increased and the steam mixer 3
When the amount of steam supplied to the steam mixer 3 increases and the temperature of water detected by the temperature controller T becomes higher than the set value, the opening of the regulating pulp V6 is changed and the steam is supplied to the steam mixer 3. The amount of steam decreases and the temperature of the water (hot water) sent to the heated member 6 is automatically controlled to the set temperature. Here, the blown steam condenses,
However, this water is distilled water and is accumulated in the circulation path (on the other hand, as described above, the tank 1 is provided with an overflow pipe 15 to prevent the water in the tank 1 from overflowing. As time passes, the amount of steam condensed water (distilled water) in the circulation path increases, and by the time 24 hours have passed since the start of operation, the amount of steam condensed water (distilled water) in the circulation path has increased. The entire amount of water that has been collected is replaced with distilled water. From then on, only distilled water flows through the circulation path, and therefore the circulation pump 2 and the heated member 6, which are caused by impurities contained in the water, are This eliminates damage to the mechanical seal part of the roller, and also reduces the possibility of corrosion problems. When the temperature of the heated member 6 is desired to be 95°C or higher, in addition to the above procedure, the air vent in the tank 1 is removed. At the same time as closing the pipe 16, the pulp V8 is opened and compressed air is blown into the tank 1.The pressurized air is supplied so that the pressure in the tank 1 becomes a pressure value corresponding to the temperature set in the temperature controller T. This prevents water from boiling even if the temperature of the water exceeds 100°C. Therefore, water heated in this way (hot water) may cause bumping problems, especially air entrapment in the circulation pump 2. The non-heating member 6 is heated to the required temperature by circulating without causing congestion. In this case, the outlet pressure of the circulation pump 2, the steam mixer 3 part pressure, and the supply steam pressure are increased in this order. The water in the tank 1 filled at the start of operation is replaced with steam condensed water, as in the previous case.Furthermore, here, the temperature setting by the temperature controller T is The compressed air pulp V8, which sets the pressure inside the tank 1, are operated separately.
A separate air pressure interlock control pulp may be provided so that the internal pressure is automatically set.

As described above, the specified invention uses a steam mixer that blows steam into the circulation path as a heating device, and its simple structure reduces equipment cost, and the heat medium is water. Therefore, the running cost is low, and since the temperature can be controlled by the amount of steam blown in, the temperature can be controlled with an accuracy of ±1°C, and the condensed water of the steam blown in this way is Since there are no impurities, by replacing the water filled at the beginning of operation, it is possible to reduce damage to the mechanical seal part due to hot water corrosion and foreign objects, so there is no cost for such damage and corrosion. In addition to the above points, in the combined invention, since the tank is equipped with a pressurized air blowing device, it can be used not only for hot water but also for hot water of 95°C or higher, especially 100°C or higher, which would normally cause bumping problems. can also be easily obtained.
