Claims (3)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)体内に無菌的にカテーテルを挿入して、体内の液
体を体外に排出するための体液排出装置であって、 基端が開放端で末端が閉塞端であり、前記基端の近傍部
分に形成された弾性を有する所定長さの伸縮部と、前記
基端を封止し、用時に開封することができる封止手段と
を有する被包部材と、基端部が閉蓋端部で末端部が開放
端部であり、前記基端部付近に形成された少なくとも1
個の排液用開口を有し、前記末端部に気体は通すが液体
は通さない着脱可能なフィルターが装着されているカテ
ーテルとで構成され、 用時に前記被包部材の前記封止手段を開封して、前記伸
縮部を縮小した時、前記カテーテルの基端部分が前記被
包部材から露出するよう前記カテーテルを前記被包部材
に収納してなることを特徴とする体液排出装置。
