PURPOSE:To attain communication with plural cordless terminals for one connection device by matching a diffusion and inverse diffusion code of the connection device with that of the cordless terminal. CONSTITUTION:Cordless terminals 1-3 are accommodated in an electronic exchange comprising a connection device 4, a time division switch 27 and a central control unit. Code generators 6, 11, 16 at each terminal have prescribed codes PN1, PN2 and PN3 and diffuse a transmission signal by the codes PN1, PN2, PN3 and inversely diffuse the reception signal by the codes. On the other hand, a code generator 21 of the connection device 4 have codes diffusing the transmission signal and inversely diffusing the reception signal in matching with the codes PN1, PN2 and PN3 of the cordless terminal.
