Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 磁性流体溜めを形成する大口径部と、この
大口径部より直線状に二方向へ延出する圧力ポー
トとなる小口径の透明中空管路と、大口径部に封
入される磁性流体と、大口径部の左右対称位置に
上記中空管路を挾んで配置した面発光素子と面受
光素子とからなる光電検出器と、大口径部を挾ん
で配置され、磁性流体を大口径部へ保持する磁石
体とを備えたことを特徴とする圧力検出装置。 (2) 面発光素子の発光面および面受光素子の受
光面に光透過性の拡散板を設けたことを特徴とす
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の圧力検出
装置。
