右両側に上下を対として取り付けられたガイド6
と、それぞれのガイド6に設けられた上、下のガ
イド孔6aのによつて垂直方向自在に支承された
連動杆7と、左右の連動杆7を橋絡するようにし
て取り付けられたシヤツタ板8と、配電盤2の左
右両内壁のそれぞれに一端が回動可能に軸支され
た操作杆9と、電気機器1の両側面にそれぞれ回
動可能に取り付けられ左右の操作杆9の下側縁に
係合されたローラ10と、左右の操作杆9の他端
に設けられた長孔9aと連動杆7の下端とを連結
するピン11とで構成されている。そしてシヤツ
タ板8の動作は電気機器1の試験位置にあるとき
