車の軸に、外周に凹凸部が形成された回転板を取
着したこと。 (ロ) 上記回転板に当接し、且つ回転板の回転に
作動連結して上下動する可動部材を玩具本体の左
右いずれかに片寄せて設けたこと。 (ハ) 上記可動部材の一端は下動時に走行面に当
