の端面付近から基端部にかけてコツター穴を穿設
し、２個の固定コツターと該コツターに挾持され
る移動コツターとよりなるコツターアツセンブリ
ーを前記コツター穴に挿着し、該コツターアツセ
ンブリーには固定コツターを支点として移動コツ
ターを挿脱する挿脱機構を設けたことを特徴とす
る連続鋳造設備におけるロールセグメント固定装
