Prior Art In the synthetic fiber manufacturing process, especially in the melt spinning process, the yarn package wound on a bobbin is switched to a new bobbin when it is fully wound. The yarn in the outermost layer has a different or changed quality from the yarn during normal winding. Further, since atmospheric dust and the like adhere to the package during temporary storage until packaging, it is necessary to remove a predetermined length of the outermost layer of the package.

Reference numeral 22 is a clutch brake connected to a motor 23 placed in the middle of the machine 1. The clutch brake is connected to the constantly rotating motor 23 when necessary, and rotates the drive shaft 5 at a predetermined speed via a timing belt 24 and timing pulleys 25 and 26. It is like that. The clutch brake 22 is used to avoid overheating of the motor 23 and to prevent inertia rotation by frequently repeating rotation and stopping of the pin roller 6.

On the other hand, a reflective tape 27 for detecting the number of rotations is attached to the drive shaft 5 of the pin roller 6, and a photoelectric detector 28 is arranged at a position facing this reflective tape 27. Furthermore, the photoelectric detector 28 is connected to a number of rotations counter. When a predetermined set value is reached, the counter is reset and a signal is sent to the clutch brake 22 to disconnect it from the motor 23 and operate the brake. It goes without saying that any other arbitrary means may be used for these rotational speed detection means, counters, etc.

Function In the apparatus configured as described above, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, a plurality of trays 33 placed on a conveyor 32 are When the yarn package 35 is fed, it stops at a predetermined position. A stripping device 31 according to the present invention is disposed in front of the stop position, and in its operation, it first strips each package 35.
The thread ends Y of the outermost layer are taken out manually (an automatic thread end take-out means may also be used), the plurality of thread ends Y are stretched to the aspirator 19, and the foot switch 36 located below the aspirator 19 is activated. push. While the foot switch 36 is depressed, the solenoid valve 37 operates and compressed air is supplied to the aspirator 19, so the aspirator 19 operates and therefore sucks the yarn end. The suctioned yarn Y is ejected from the discharge port 20 together with operating pressure air.
are oriented perpendicularly to the pin intermediate position of the pin roller 6, so the yarn passes between the pins 8 and flows toward the perforated plate 17, and the air flows through the perforated plate 17.
Or it emanates from below. fixed amount of time (usually a few seconds)
Later, or after visually confirming the passage of the thread through the transparent portion of the cover 16, the switch 36 is released, the solenoid valve 37 returns to its original state, and the suction action of the aspirator 19 is interrupted. At the same time, the clutch brake 22 is operated, the brake is released, and the clutch is connected. The motor 23 and the pin roller 8 are connected through this, and the pin roller 8 (drive shaft 5) starts rotating. In this case, the aspirator 19 also serves as a convergence guide for the yarn Y unwound from each package 35. Although the motor 23 is always rotating and the pin roller 6 is rotated and stopped by the clutch brake 22 except during an emergency stop, the present invention is not limited to this. As the pin roller 6 rotates, the yarn end Y passing between the pins 8 is fixed, the yarn is wound around the pin roller 6, and the outermost layer yarn of the package 35 is peeled off. For this reason, the thread end of the package 35 is connected to the aspirator 19.
The yarn end is fixed to the pin roller 6 and automatically pulled off by simply opening and closing the switch 36 instantaneously, and the stripping operation can be started very easily and reliably in a short time.

When the pin roller 6 rotates, the number of rotations is detected by the reflective tape 27, photoelectric detector 28, etc.
When the pin roller 6 reaches a preset rotational speed and a predetermined thread is stripped off, the rotational speed counter operates and the clutch brake 22 is actuated in response to the signal, and the connection with the motor 23 is released and the brake is activated. Once, the pin roller 6 stops within a short time. The counter is also reset. At this time, the yarn stripped by the pin roller 6 will be slightly thickened, but this can be adequately controlled by verifying the stripping length and the number of rotations of the pin roller 6 in advance.

Next, the thread pull-out portion of the package 35 that has been stripped off to a predetermined length is manually cut off, and the thread ends on the package 35 side are tied together for processing.
(Other types of operation switches may be used) to perform the following operations. That is, by operating the switch 38, the clutch brake 22 is released and the clutch is connected.
In order to wind up the thread between the package 35 and the pin roller 6, the pin roller 6 rotates by a predetermined amount and then stops. Next, the solenoid valve 39 operates, the cylinder 14 operates, and the plunger 15 protrudes.
The facing support shafts 10 are moved forward, and the thread removal plate 9 is pushed forward. At this time, if the pin 8 on the diagonal line of the pin roller 6 is installed with a slight inward tilt or is installed so that it can be tilted slightly, when the yarn is wound on the pin roller 6, the outer circumference becomes smaller as it goes forward. The removed threads can be removed even more easily and reliably. The thread removing plate 9 is pushed out until the tip of the pin 8 is just hidden, and the pin roller 6
The thread skein wound up is detached from the pin roller 6 and falls into the waste thread box 21 below, where it is stored. Thereafter, the electromagnetic valve 39 returns to its original position, causing the plunger 15 to move backward, and the thread removal plate 9 also returns to its original position under the action of the spring 12.
