Claims (1)
デイスクロータの回転を抑制する油圧式回転抑制
機構とを備えたデイスクブレーキに、その油圧式
回転抑制機構から前記デイスクロータの周方向に
隔たつた位置に設けられるパーキングブレーキ装
置であつて、 裏板に摩擦材が固着されて成り、前記デイスク
ロータの両側に摩擦材がデイスクロータの摩擦面
に対向する状態でそれぞれ配設された第一および
第二のブレーキパツドと、前記デイスクロータと
第一および第二のブレーキパツドとを跨ぎ、両端
部がそれらブレーキパツドの裏板にそれぞれ対向
して配設されたキヤリパとを備え、前記第一およ
び第二のブレーキパツドの少なくとも一方が前記
デイスクロータの回転中心線に平行な方向と周方
向とに移動可能とされるとともに、操作力伝達機
構により伝達されるパーキングブレーキ操作部材
の操作力によつて作動させられる駆動部材により
前記デイスクロータに接近する向きに移動させら
れ、かつ、その駆動部材によつて移動させられる
ブレーキパツドの裏板と、前記キヤリパのその裏
板に対向する面とのいずれか一方に、その裏板を
有するブレーキパツドが前記デイスクロータとの
間の摩擦力によつて移動させられるとき、他方に
設けられた作用部と共同してそのブレーキパツド
を倍力した力で前記デイスクロータに押し付ける
傾斜面が設けられ、さらに、前記操作力伝達機構
中に前記操作力を弾性変形しつつ伝達するばね部
材が設けられたことを特徴とするデイスクブレー
