パ状スリーブと、内周面に前記スリーブと嵌り合
うテーパ面を有し、外周面に従動系と噛合うアイ
ドル歯車を形成し、後端に検出用突起を複数形成
し、前記スリーブの外周に装着されるトルク伝達
部材と、回転軸に装着され、前記スリーブをトル
ク伝達部材に押付ける複数の皿バネと、トルク伝
達部材の検出用突起と対向配置され、検出用突起
を検出する毎にパルスを発生するセンサーとで構
