ケース本体に上下方向に沿つて摺動自在に嵌合し
前記ケース本体の上方へ突出可能な風防カバーと
を備え、該風防カバーは下端が前記長穴に摺動自
在に挿通されたピンによつてケース本体の側部に
接合され、また該風防カバーは前記開口部を通じ
て上部が突出した状態にて前記ケース本体の上部
を避けて前記ピンを中心にして回動し外側へ傾斜
可能に切欠きが形成されていることを特徴とする
