ターと、前記内釜の温度を検知する温度検知素子
と、この温度検知素子により検知した検知温度を
介して保温ヒーターへの通電制御を行なう制御部
とを有してなるジヤー式電気釜において、炊飯開
始の直前もしくは直後の内釜４内の温度を検知素
子６により検知し、この検知した温度に応じて制
御部を介して保温制御温度を設定することを特徴
