<Prior art> In the conventional manufacturing of this type of suture needle, the needle is manufactured by adopting a special method, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 55-39337 or as shown in FIGS. 1A to D. After drilling a hole 2 in the head of the material 1, a thread entrance 3 is formed by performing triangular cutting and edge cutting, and a thread escape groove 4 is further formed by cutting around the thread entrance 3. was.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in this type of conventional method, three steps are required for punching the head of the needle material 1 and then punching out the hole, and further steps are required to complete the suture needle. To do this, three steps are required: triangular cutting, opening cutting, and yarn escape groove processing, making a total of seven processing steps, and each step in the conventional method is extremely complicated.
It required skill, had poor work efficiency, and had drawbacks such as the inability to mass-produce uniform products.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides forging and forming of the head of the needle material to form a portion where a hole is to be punched and a portion where a thread entrance and a thread escape groove are to be formed, which are widely connected to the portion where the hole is to be punched. A flat head is formed by forming a thin wall portion consisting of a hole pillar and a thick wall portion consisting of a portion where a hole post and an ear portion are to be formed. By punching and cutting the planned portions so that they communicate with each other, a portion where a thread escape groove is to be formed, a hole post, and an ear portion are formed around the cut portion, and the head of the needle material is further drawn. This is a method of manufacturing a suture needle, in which the cutout portion is contracted to a predetermined state by applying the method, and a thread escape groove is formed around the thread inlet and the thread inlet to form an elastic hole.

<Function> As described above, the method according to the present invention involves forming the head of the needle material into a predetermined flat head by forging, then punching out the flat head, and finally cutting the needle material into a predetermined flat head. Since the head is drawn, the bullet holes in the needle material can be formed in three steps.

<Example> To specifically explain an example of the method according to the present invention with reference to the drawings, in FIGS. The whole is formed into a flat shape by forging, and the part a where the hole 5 is to be drilled, and the part b where the yarn entrance 6 and the yarn escape groove 7 are to be formed are made thin with a thickness of 0.05 to 0.27 mm. In addition, the portion c where the hole post 8 and ear portion 9 are to be formed surrounding the left and right sides of these thin portions a and b is 0.18~

Next, the thin parts a and b of the head of the needle material 1, which has been forged into a flat shape as described above, are punched and cut out using a cutting die having a certain blade shape, thereby forming a hole that widely communicates with each other. A thin wall portion b for the thread escape groove 7 is left around the cutout for the thread entrance and the cutout for the thread entrance, and the head of the needle material 1 is further drawn using a machine such as a small pneumatic press. In this way, the hole 5, the thread entrance 6, and the thread escape groove 7 are formed by shortening the hole and the cutout for the thread entrance, thereby making it possible to manufacture an eyed suture needle with an elastic hole.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, in the method according to the present invention, a flat head having a thin wall portion and a thick wall portion is formed by forging the head of a needle material, and then this flat head is formed by forging the head of a needle material. By punching and cutting the head into a certain shape, a cut-out part for the thread entrance and hole and a thin wall part for the thread escape groove are left around the cut-out part for the thread entrance. The method involves narrowing the cut portion by squeezing to form a hole, a thread entrance, and a thread escape groove, and forming a bullet hole in the head of the needle material. Therefore, the method of the present invention can be manufactured using less than half the processing steps of the conventional method.Furthermore, the method of the present invention can be manufactured by punching a hole with a microscopic hole width and cutting the opening using an extremely thin cutter. There is no need for machining or machining work such as cutting a yarn escape groove around the yarn entrance, and the entire process can be carried out automatically and extremely easily, making it possible to produce uniform products in large quantities at an extremely low cost. It has characteristics such as being able to be produced.

1. By forging the head of the needle material, a thin wall portion consisting of a portion where a hole is to be punched, a thread entrance and a yarn escape groove that are widely connected to the portion where a hole is to be punched, a hole post and an ear portion. A flat head is formed by forming a thick wall portion of the portion to be formed, and then the forged flat head is punched and cut by making the hole drilling portion and the yarn entrance portion of the forged flat head communicate with each other. By doing this, a part where a thread escape groove is to be formed, a hole post, and an ear are formed around the cut out part, and the cut out part is brought into a predetermined state by drawing the head of the needle material. 1. A method for manufacturing a suture needle, characterized in that the needle is compressed to form a hole, a thread entrance, and a thread escape groove around the thread entrance to form a bullet hole.
