Claims (1)
- 外筐体内に洗浄槽を設け、被洗浄物を洗浄する
洗浄装置において、前記外筐体内の空気を排気す
る換気機構を設けると共に、前記外筐体の開口部
付近にガスセンサを設け、このガスセンサにより
所定のレベル以上のガス濃度が検出されたときに
前記換気機構を作動させることを特徴とする洗浄
装置。
