本発明は、パケツト交換網の発着信交換機間に

パケツト交換網を経由して通信を行なう場合に
は、各々のパケツト交換網は各々の仕様で制御さ
れているため、発信交換機で特殊フイールドに設
定されたコード情報は中継交換網で廃棄され着信
