Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A sensor casing having an inlet/outlet for the fuel to be measured and forming a fuel passage, a rod-shaped transparent body disposed across the fuel passage, and one end surface of the rod-shaped transparent body. In a fuel mixture ratio sensor whose components include a light emitting element attached in contact with the light transmitting element and a light receiving element attached in contact with the other end surface of the rod-shaped transparent body, metal cylindrical joints are provided at both ends of the rod-shaped transparent body, respectively. The member is externally fitted and fixed in a liquid-tight manner, and the cylindrical joint member is liquid-tightly fitted through an O-ring into the pair of rod-shaped light-transmitting body mounting holes provided through the wall surface of the sensor casing. A fuel mixture ratio sensor characterized by being fitted.
