C. Conventional technology] Traditionally, plywood is made by cutting sheet-like veneers from raw wood logs, drying them, applying an adhesive such as urea resin, and then stacking the veneer fibers at right angles. It is manufactured by hot pressing using a ho-nodoburesu method.

The special plywood according to the present invention has many new functions in addition to its function as a board material by extremely simple measures. It is characterized by a mixture of far-infrared radiation. Therefore, far infrared rays with a wavelength of 2.5 micrometers or more are continuously emitted from the surface of the plate, and many effects such as improving the health of living organisms are exhibited.

Plywood products are manufactured by stacking multiple thin sheet-like veneers, pasting them together using an adhesive, and then heat-pressing them. Synthetic resins are often used, but there are also examples of animal-based casein glue, vegetable-based adhesives, etc.

Adhesives are usually made in a plywood factory by measuring and blending glue powder or resin liquid, water, a hardening agent, an extender, etc., and then kneading the mixture using a mixer to form a paste into a slurry form. A roll spreader is generally used as a device for uniformly applying the liquid adhesive to the veneer, but a flow coater or the like may also be used.

On the other hand, the far-infrared rays to be mixed in the special plywood according to the present invention are, for example, fired ceramics mainly composed of zirconia, alumina, titania, etc., and oxidized transition elements such as manganese dioxide, chromium oxide, iron oxide, cobalt oxide, etc. It uses ceramics that are fired using wood as the main raw material.

The ceramic is pulverized into powder and then used, and in both cases, materials that effectively emit far-infrared rays with a wavelength of 2.5 micrometers or more are used.

When making the above-mentioned adhesive, an appropriate amount of the far-infrared radiant refined into a powder is added to a mixer and stirred to form a paste, which is then applied to the veneer along with the adhesive, and then hot-pressed in the same way as before. It becomes a plywood product. Therefore, in the finished product, far infrared rays are evenly distributed over the entire area of the plywood product together with the adhesive used to bond the veneers together, and the product is gripped between the veneers in a sandwich-like manner. Far-infrared rays will continue to be emitted from the

Next, using a normal plywood product as a base plate, for example, a thin veneer with high aesthetic value (decorative veneer) is bonded under heat and pressure to the upper surface of the base plate to create a decorative single overlay plywood, or a resin film overlay plywood in the same way. For various types of overlay plywood, such as resin decorative board overlay plywood, yam/fabric overlay plywood, etc., the above powdered far-infrared emitting material is mixed into the adhesive when adhering the overlay. Far-infrared rays are scattered over the entire area between the boards and the plywood, and far-infrared rays are emitted from the surface of the overlay base plate.

In addition, with resin-coated overlay plywood, in which transparent resin, etc. is applied directly to the base plate base plate, or after bonding patterned paper with a printed pattern, using a roller coater, flow coater, etc., the transparent resin, etc. applied in the final process is coated with fine powder. The above-mentioned far-infrared rays are mixed in and applied to the upper surface of the patterned paper together with resin paint. In this case, if a resin-coated overlay is performed using plywood produced by adding a far-infrared emitting material to the adhesive, the far-infrared radiation effect will be doubled.

Regarding far infrared rays, most organic materials such as polymer compounds generally have a tuning point in a long wavelength range of 2.5 micrometers or more, and are irradiated with IIT magnetic waves (far infrared rays) in the same wavelength range. This causes an electromagnetic resonance phenomenon to vibrate, and the temperature difference between the surface and interior of the organic substance rapidly approaches, and the moisture distribution becomes uniform, for example, the drying process is accelerated. Furthermore, when targeting a living body, far infrared rays with a radiation wavelength of 7 to 12 micrometers are mostly absorbed by the living body, activating cells, enzymes, and water molecules, and improving blood circulation.

On the other hand, if special plywood added with far-infrared emitters according to the present invention is used to construct ceilings, walls, floorboards, etc. in the living room of a general house, for example, the wavelength of 2.5 will be throughout the room.
Far-infrared rays of micrometers or more are irradiated, which can be effective in improving the health and relieving stress of people in the room. In addition, laundry indoors in cold regions dries easily, and far-infrared rays emit approximately 40% of water.
Approximately 30% in the heating field due to twice the amount of heat storage
It is also possible to save a certain amount of energy. In addition, the far-infrared rays are mainly composed of metal oxides and are evenly distributed over the entire area of the special plywood, so the plywood itself is flame retardant and effective from the standpoint of fire prevention.
