Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被蒸着物である基板が設置される平坦面を
有する基部と、該基板の面の外周部に当接するリ
ング状部材と、該リング状部材に当接するバネ材
を備えたリング状固定部材と、の互いに着脱出来
る三者からなり、前記基板は、この三者が固着さ
れた際に、前記リング状部材を介して前記バネ材
のバネ性により、前記平坦面に密着固定されるよ
うに構成されたことを特徴とする真空蒸着装置用
基板ホルダー。 (2) 前記基部の平坦面は、少なくとも前記基板
と同面積以上の広さをもち、前記基部の端面に段
差をもつて形成され、且つ前記リング状固定部材
の内部に挿入されていることを特徴とする実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の真空蒸着装置用基
板ホルダー。
