記煙突本体の外側に複数の煙突取付金具を形成
し、前記煙突取付金具を、前記煙突本体と前記建
物構造体とを直接接触することなく建物構造体に
接続してなる煙突に関するものであり、建物構造
体に接続した煙突取付金具に保持された煙突本体
を構成する複数の煙突ユニツトは互に固着され
ず、柔軟構造体であり、しかも複数の煙突ユニツ
トの上下の端面に形成され、嵌合している凹部と
凸部との周面間に形成した空隙によつて耐震構造
となり、地震による破損を有効に防止し得ると共
に、各煙突ユニツトの上下端面は耐火性弾性を有
するパツキン材を介して圧接され煙突本体内を流
動する排ガスの漏洩のないものである。

昭58−35319号公報に記載されている煙突の成形
方法においては複数の煙突ユニツトを凹凸部の嵌
着によつて固着したものであり、斯る構成の煙突
は耐震性が殆んどなく特に接合部より破損する欠
点があり、さらにまた実開昭55−108147号公報に
開示されている煙突装置は独立煙突であつて、建
物構造体内に設置する本考案の煙突とは根本的に
構成を異にするものであり、煙突本体と建物構造
体との関連性が不明確である等の欠点があつた
が、本考案者は種々実験研究の結果このような欠
点のない本考案を得たのである。

の内周面6と前記凸部5の外周面7との間に環状
の空隙8を形成し、前記凹部4の底面と前記凸部
5の頂面との間に耐火性を有する無機質繊維より
なる弾性を有するパツキン材9を挿入形成して複
数の煙突ユニツト1を同軸方向に積み重ねて煙突
本体10を建物構造体12に縦設した煙突成形孔
13内に形成し、得られた煙突本体10の外側に
複数の煙突取付金具11を形成し、前記複数の煙
