路により前記映像信号を符号化し時間軸圧縮して一つの
映像信号として記録し、再生時には記録された信号から
特定の映像信号を選択的に取り出し、時間軸伸長回路と
補完回路を経て再生するようにしたという構成を備えだ

発明の効果
以上のように本発明によれば、例えば二つの異なる放送
局から送られて来る映像信号を符号化し、時間軸圧縮す
る事により、例えばモニターTV上に一つの画面として
表示出来るような形に変換し、例、tばヘリカルスキャ
ンVTRの一つのトラック内に前述の複数の放送内容を
順次記録し、再生時には一つのトラックに記録された二
つの異なる放送局の情報のうちから一つを選択し、その
再生信号を時間軸伸長し、補完する事により、元の放送
内容とほぼ一致した映像信号を得る事が出来るものであ
る。これによれば例えば1台のVTRで複数のチャンネ
ルの放送記録が可能であり利用者の便利さはきわめて向
上する。又、前述の複数チャンネルのかわりに複数の監
視用テレビカメラ等の信号を使用する事によりこれらの
安全保持システムの効率的運用、即ち一つの画面上に複
数のカメラの画面を常時写し出して再生する事も可能で
あり、又、特定のカメラの画面を画面いっばいに拡大表
