For this reason, various warning devices have been invented in the past, and various devices have been proposed in which a micro switch is attached to the retractor itself to detect whether the safety belt is being pulled out or retracted. however,
It was difficult to install this product in cars that were commercially available in the past, and installation in used cars was not promoted.
The above risks still exist with high probability. The present invention aims to provide an automobile belt attachment safety confirmation starting device that can be installed simply and quickly in not only new cars but also used cars.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. In FIG. 1, 11 is a retractor, and the safety belt 13 wound around the pin shaft 12 is pulled out from the guide hole 14 and rewound. 1
5 is a screw that is driven into the safety belt 13 wound around the pin shaft 12 and firmly fixed with adhesive, and has an opening 16 in the center. A plurality of sensors 13 are arranged so that when the sensors 13 are installed, they come to a predetermined position of the detection switch shown below. Next, in the detection switch part, the outer frame 21 has a thin rectangular shape, and safety belts 13 are attached to both sides of the thin side.
An insertion hole 22 is formed. On both sides of the safety belt 13 inserted between the pair of insertion holes 22, 22, a plurality of pair of opposing holding rollers 23, which are pivoted inside the outer frame 21, are slidably installed. is held so that the safety belt 13 moves without vibration. A pair of light sources 24 and phototubes 25 are installed in the outer frame 21 on both sides of the safety belt 13, and are each connected to a battery in a circuit. The detection switch 26 consisting of the light source 24 and the phototube 25 allows the light from the light source 24 to pass through only when the central opening 16 of the screw 15 of the safety belt 13 comes to the relevant position, and the phototube 25 detects this light. By doing so, the safety belt 13
Detects the attachment of the device and switches the circuit ON or OFF. Therefore, the screws 15 are designed to have a certain width depending on the physique of the vehicle owner or other occupant who normally uses the vehicle.
For example, by setting the number of openings 16 through which the light passes as a coefficient, it is possible to identify the occupant and prevent unauthorized use by others or theft. Note that 27 is an auxiliary switch that prevents the warning device from operating even if the belt is not worn when the vehicle is not running during warm-up operation. In the circuit diagram of Figure 2, 31 is a warning light, 32
is a warning buzzer connected in parallel with the warning light 31;
33 is an ignition switch, and a warning light 31 and a warning buzzer 32 are attached around the instrument panel by extending separate cords. As the warning buzzer 32, it is preferable to use a sound synthesizer that emits a bird's cry or the like, since it will not make the occupants uncomfortable. B is a DC power supply. The effect will be explained below. First of all, safety belt 1
3 is not installed, the detection switch 26
shows that the circuit is closed. If the ignition switch 9 is closed here, a closed circuit is formed, and the warning light 31 lights up and the warning buzzer 3
2 sounds to force the occupant to fasten the safety belt 13. Next, when the safety belt 13 is pulled out from the retractor 11 and put on, the detection switch 26 detects the passage of the screw 15 through the opening 16 and the circuit opens.
The warning will be canceled. Note that during warm-up operation, the circuit of the safety belt 13 is open, so the auxiliary switch 2 is turned on.
7, the warning light 31 and warning buzzer 32 will not operate even if the ignition switch 33 is closed.
