Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は電動鉛筆削器に於いて、鉛筆切削時の
鉛筆芯先長さを調節することが出来る様にしたも
のである。本考案では切削完了表示構造のスイツ
チ接点部を一体のケースとし、このスイツチ部全
体を外部操作部材にて回動できるようにし、切削
完了表示スイツチの閉じる動作点を変えることに

いる飾り板14が装着されており、スライド時に
これに設けた鉛筆挿入口15が外殼ケース2上面
の透孔16と合致し、鉛筆をカツターホルダー9
内に挿入できるようになつている。17はこの透
孔16内に設けられ、鉛筆が挿入されると左方
(矢印a)に動いて図示しない駆動スイツチを
ONさせる作動突子である。前記カツターホルダ
ー9は円錐状の鉛筆挿入口部18を有し、その内
縁には平板状の削刃19が固定され、カツターホ
ルダー9自体は上部を前記外殼ケース2に軸受さ
れ、下部の軸部9′は前記基枠4に軸支されてい
る。21はその軸受メタルである。22は鉛筆が
削られて来ると、その芯先により下がる検知板
で、前記カツターホルダー9の側面にネジ23で
固定された案内板24に遊嵌されている。更にこ
の検知板22には前記カツターホルダー9の軸部
9′に遊挿した芯先検知杆20の上端が当接して
いる。前記ギヤー固定板11と前記底蓋3との間
の空所25には、切削完了表示構造のスイツチ接
点部をケース内に収納したものが配置されてい
る。即ち、固定接片26と可動接片27とを内部
に対向配置したスイツチケース28が回動できる
ようにその一端を枢支されている。その枢支構造
は、スイツチケース28の一端両側に軸29,2
9が突設され、一方前記ギヤー固定板11には前
記軸29,29を受け入れるような凹所部30,
30を有した軸受片31,31が一対設けられ、
そしてこれと対向するように前記軸29,29を
支える支承片32,32が前記底蓋3側に一体形
成されていて、この支承片32,32と前記軸受
片31,31との合せによつて枢支されている。
前記スイツチケース28の上面にはその枢支部と
離れた部分に、前記芯先検知杆20の先端ピン2
0′を悠々に挿入させる挿入孔33が形成されて
いる。34,34は前記挿入孔33と一列を成す
ようにスイツチケース28の両側に翼状に突設さ
れた突起で、下部の左隅部はテーパー面35,3
5にカツト処理されている。36は前記空所25
に水平方向(矢印b)にスライド操作できるよう
に配置された外部操作部材で、平面形状コの字型
を成し、両側に設けた操作つまみ37,37が前
記底蓋3の両側壁に形成した摺動孔38,38内

に位置するアーム部39,39を備えていると共

ム部を設け、このアーム部上に前記突起と係脱す
る段部を設け、この段部との係脱によりスイツチ
ケースはその枢支側と反対側端を移行動作される
ことになり、スイツチケース全体を回動させる事
ができ、カツターホルダー上端縁と芯先検知杆上
端との距離が変わり、簡単にスイツチ部の閉じる
動作点が変えられて、結局芯先長さの調節ができ
