Claims (1)
試薬液を分注し、得られた反応液をそれぞれフロ
ーセル内にフローセルノズルで吸引して試料液中
の特定成分を測定するとともに、フローセル内に
反応液を吸引した後に、反応管を反転させて搬送
し元の位置に戻す間に反応管内に純水を吐出して
反応管を洗浄するよう構成してなる自動分析装置
において、 測定項目毎に使用する複数の洗剤をそれぞれ収
納するための複数の洗剤タンクと、前記洗剤案内
用の複数の洗剤流路と、この洗剤流路にそれぞれ
分岐接続された複数の分岐流路と、フローセルよ
り手前の位置及び純水吐出位置より手前の位置の
反応管内にそれぞれ洗剤を吐出しうるように配置
された2つの洗剤吐出ノズルと、これらの洗剤吐
出ノズルの一方と前記洗剤流路とを及び他方の洗
剤ノズルと前記分岐流路とをそれぞれ切換可能に
接続する2つの流路切換手段と、アルカリ水溶液
収納用のアルカリ水溶液タンクと、前記アルカリ
水溶液案内用のアルカリ水溶液流路と、このアル
カリ水溶液流路の出口端部に取付けられフローセ
ルより手前に位置する反応管にアルカリ水溶液を
吐出しうるように配置されたアルカリ水溶液吐出
ノズルと、前記洗剤タンク内の洗剤及びアルカリ
水溶液タンク内のアルカリ水溶液を各洗剤流路及
びアルカリ水溶液流路にそれぞれ吐出させるため
の複数の洗剤吐出手段及び一つのアルカリ水溶液
吐出手段とを備え、一方の流路切換手段を切換作
動させて所望の洗剤をフローセルより手前に位置
する反応管に分注し、この洗剤が分注された反応
管がフローセルの位置に達したときにフローセル
ノズルでフローセル内に洗剤を吸引し、次いで純
水で反応管を洗浄する前に他方の流路切換手段を
切換作動させて前記洗剤と同一の洗剤を反応管内
に他方の洗剤ノズルから吐出して反応管を洗浄し
、アルカリ水溶液でフローセルを洗浄する場合は
洗剤でフローセルを洗浄する場合と同様にしてア
ルカリ水溶液をフローセル内に吸引してフローセ
ル内を洗浄するよう構成したことを特徴とする自
