角度と異なる角度で刃形25が形成され該縦刃2
0の移動軌跡内に設置された複数の傾斜固定刃で
あり、前記縦刃20と協働して第2段階剪断部を

つて縦方向に剪断される(第1段階剪断)。そし
て、剪断された物Sは固定刃18の下位に設置さ
れた傾斜固定刃22の上に落下して乗る(第3b
図)。更に横刃16の下降により、該横刃の固定
刃18と摺動する面と反対側面に取付けられた複
数の縦刃20が前記剪断された物Sを押しなが
ら、傾斜固定刃22との協働によつて、順次上方
から該物Sを横方向に多数剪断する(第2段階剪

おいては縦刃の傾斜角度と傾斜固定刃の傾斜角度
を異ならしめているので、該部での剪断はあたか
もハサミを用いたものの如く順次行われるのであ
るから剪断に要する力は更に小さいものでよい。
したがつて、剪断刃を動かすのに小さな馬力のも
のでよい。
