て、その屈曲点部分で板ばねを上ハーフに固定し
ているが、このようなV字状の板ばねではこじれ
が生じ易く、板ばねを上ハーフにより一層強固に
固定しなければならない。

で簡単に折れてしまい易くて、信頼性が非常に低
いものになる。だからと言つてダボを1つにして
1点で板ばねを上ハーフに固定する構造では、上
ハーフに対する板ばねの取付強度が不足し、板ば
ねは不測にこじれたり、脱落したりし易いと言つ
た問題があつた。

ンド検出装置に対応された構造を有している。

考案の効果 本考案は上述した如く、板ばねのほぼ中央部を
上ハーフに1つのダボの溶着によつて極めて簡単
に固定すると共に、その板ばねのほぼ中央部を上
下ハーフで上下から挾みつけて極めて強固に固定
することが出来るので、カセツト筐体内での板ば
ねの不測なこじれ、ガタツキや脱落の発生を確実
に防止出来る上に、板ばね自体の強度が低下する
ようなことは皆無であり、板ばねの中央部が不測
に折れるような不都合も全くなくて、信頼性が著
しく向上する。

合させる位置決め構造は、例えば、板ばねのほぼ
中央部に設けた位置決め用の孔を上ハーフに設け
た位置決め用のピンに挿入させる等の構造に比べ
て、板ばねの組立て作業が簡単である。

テープカセツトにおいて、上記板ばねの長手方向
のほぼ中央部に孔を設けると共にそのほぼ中央部
の一側部に位置決め用切欠きを設け、上記上ハー
フの下面に一体成形して設けたダボを上記孔に挿
入し、上記上ハーフの下面に設けた上記ダボより
長い案内ポストに上記切欠きを係合させて上記板
ばねのほぼ中央部を上記上ハーフに位置決めし、
この状態で上記ダボの下端を溶着することにより
上記板ばねのほぼ中央部を上ハーフに固定させ、
上記板ばねのほぼ中央部で、かつ上記ダボの周辺
部を上記両ハーフ間に設けた上下一対の挾持面に
て上下から挾みつけて固定させたことを特徴とす
るテープカセツト。
