極めて能率の悪いものである。また、僅かな型枠
の高さ変更においても同様である。

以下、この発明を図示に基づく一実施例によつ
て説明する。

第1図、第2図において、二分割ボツクスカル
バートの分割ピースAを形成する型枠装置は、型
枠の短辺方向に複数並設された一対のガイド部材
1によつて、幅方向移動可能に立設された外型枠
2と、この外型枠2内に配され、前記一対のガイ
ド部材1間に跨設されたその幅を調節し得る内型
枠3とからなつている。また、その上面部には上
面蓋4が配され、正面方向の開口部には、開閉自
在に蝶番で枢支され、かつロツクフランク6で閉
の状態に固定された開閉蓋7が設けられている。
前記ガイド部材1は、山形鋼を背中合わせに配し
その両背面間にガイド用間隙を設けたものであ
る。このガイド部材1の中央から外端部延在方向
には、同ガイド部材1を貫通する摺動長孔8が穿
設されており、締め付けボルト9が挿通されてい
る。前記外型枠2は、ガイド部材1の間隙部に摺
動自在にそれぞれ立設してある一対の外堰板支持
リブ10と、その各リブ10間に配された中間リ
ブ10′および横端太11とからなる枠組に、外
堰板12を配設して形成している。前記リブ10
には、ガイド部材1の間隙に摺動自在に配して立
ちあげた控え杭13がそれぞれ設けられている
(第3図参照)。前記リブ10と控え杭13の下端
部には、それぞれ前記ボルト9の挿通孔が形成さ
れており、この両挿通孔にボルト9を挿通し、リ
ブ10と控え杭13を前記間隙内に係止するよう
になつている。このようなリブ10に支持された
前記外型枠2は、前記長孔8の範囲内を移動し得
るようになつている。また、その所望の場所にお
いて、ボルト9を締めつければ、前記リブ10と
控え杭13とは、ガイド部材1に挾持され固定し
得るようになつている。すなわち、形成される分
割ピースの水路幅を適宜調節できるものである。
このような外型枠2の幅調節に追従し得る前記内
型枠3は、一対のL字状の内堰板支持材14と複
数長用意してある交換枠15とからなる、主たる
枠組を有している。前記枠組は、L字状の両支持
材14を交換枠15で略状に接続してものであ
る。この交換枠15は、複数の長さをあらかじめ
用意してあり、外型枠2の固定位置における、内
型枠3の設定幅となるよう同交換枠15を選択的
に使用するものである。例えば、形成される分割
ピースの幅を大きく取るため、外型枠2を拡大さ
せて固定した際には、長尺lの交換枠15が用い
られる。また、その幅を小さく取る際には、短尺
l′の交換枠15が用いられる(第4図a,b参
照)。また、前記l,l′などの交換枠15の長さ
は、前記外型枠2の移動可能距離と、分割ピース
の設計厚みに応じて決定される。このような枠組
は、外型枠2内において、各ガイド部材1上に跨
設され、その下端部でガイド部材1にボルト等で
固定されている。また、この際に、同ガイド部材
1は、サポート材16で連結固定され外型枠2と
内型枠3とを一体に接続している。このサポート
材16は、T型鋼を前記ガイド部材1の間隙に挾
持させたもので、同部材を貫通するボルトによつ
て前記固定がなされている。このボルトは、内型
枠3の幅調節に備え、ガイド部材1の延在方向複
数の位置へ挿通し得るようになつている。
