Conventionally, there are two types of steel column-beam joint structures: the column-penetrating type shown in Figure 1 and the beam-penetrating type (not shown). Beams and columns were connected. In the case of the through-column type shown in Figure 1, this joining work involves welding the joint part B to the pillar A in advance at a factory, etc., and attaching the beam D to the joint part B with bolts C, etc. on site. There is. When welding a joint part to a column in this factory, etc., the web and flange of the joint part were brought into contact with the flange part and weave part of the column.

This invention was proposed to address the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to divide the steel frame column-beam joint structure into a column part, a joint panel part, and a joint part, and to create a structure in which these parts are assembled. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a joint structure with high working efficiency, since bevel processing and scallop processing of the web, flange, and end tab do not require alignment when attaching the joint portion.

Similarly, the flange 10 of the upper pillar part 4 is aligned with the flange 5 of the joint panel part 3, and the upper pillar part 4 is temporarily installed on the upper end surface of the joint panel part 3. (See Fig. 4) Next, the four-way flanges 5 of the joint panel part 3, the flanges 9 located on the four sides of the lower column part 2, the flanges 10 located on the four sides of the upper pillar part 4, and the four-way flanges 5 of the joint panel part 3.
The space surrounded by the flanges 5, 9, 10, 11 and the diaphragms 8, 8 by bringing the flange 11 of the joint part 6 into contact with the groove 12 surrounded by the diaphragms 8, 8 and the flange 5. Temporarily installed so that the section 13 is formed. There are four spaces 13 when viewed from the front. (See FIG. 5) By bringing the flange 11 of the joint part 6 into contact with this groove part 12, the facing joint parts 6, 6 can be positioned on the same line.
