  1. 側面に多数の凹部を有する金属基台と、金属基
    台の側面の凹部に絶縁膜を介して設けられ、金属
    基台に至る溝によつて金属基台の表面側と裏面側
    とに分離された導電膜と、凹部内に位置するよう
    分離された一方の導電膜に載置され他方の導電膜
    に配線が施こされた発光ダイオードとを具備した
    事を特徴とする線状光源。
