[Background Art 1] Conventionally, the ends of this type of building board have been reinforced in the following manner. As shown in Figure 4, a decorative sheet (2a) wider than the building board is coated with adhesive on the surface of the building board (see (a) in the same figure), and then the ends of the decorative sheet (2a) are bent to form a building block. A decorative layer 2' is formed on the board 1 and the end portions are wrapped (as shown in FIG. 2a is coated with an adhesive to form a decorative layer 2', and a reinforcing tape 6 is attached to the end face of the building board 1, or as shown in FIG. Cosmetic sheet of the same width as 1)
2a is coated with an adhesive to form a decorative layer 2' (Fig. 2(a)), the end of the construction board 1 is cut out in a V-shape from the back side (Fig. 2(b)), and then Apply adhesive to this notch 7, bend the end to the back side, and glue it (see figure (C)).
) or further, as shown in Fig. 7, a decorative layer 2a of the same width is attached to the surface of the building board 1 via an adhesive to form a decorative layer 2'. )), the end of the building board 1 is cut out from the back side to form a thin section 3' (FIG. 1C).
), and this thin wall portion 3' is bonded to the end of the building board 1 via an adhesive 4 (FIG. 4(d)), thereby reinforcing the end of the building board 1.

However, conventionally, both decorative sheets 2a
is attached to the surface of the building board 1 via adhesive, so
Not only does the large amount of adhesive increase the cost, but also a bonding process is required, and if the adhesive is water-based, the building board 1 may become brittle during the bonding process if the binder of the building board 1 is starch or the like. When the adhesive is solvent-based, there is a problem that the decorative sheet 2a made of vinyl chloride resin, for example, swells due to the adhesive. Furthermore, it is impossible to adhere the decorative sheet 2a to the building board 1 without bending or distortion, resulting in loss of the decorative sheet 2a.

[Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is that since no adhesive is used to form the decorative layer, it may cause brittleness of the building board or adversely affect the decorative layer. It also eliminates the need for an adhesive process, which improves productivity.Furthermore, the cost can be reduced by the amount of adhesive used. An object of the present invention is to provide a method for reinforcing the edges of building boards that can be formed at low cost and eliminates base material loss.

[Disclosure of the Invention] The method for reinforcing the edge of a building board according to the present invention involves forming a decorative layer 2 over substantially the entire surface of a building board 1, and then cutting the end of the building board 1 from the back side. It is characterized in that a thin wall portion 3 is formed, and then an adhesive 4 is applied to the back side of the thin wall portion 3, and the thin wall portion 3 is bent to the back side and bonded to the cut end face 5 of the building board 1. That is, since the decorative layer 2 is formed by molding and no adhesive is used, the building board 1 will not become brittle or the decorative layer 2 will be adversely affected, and there is no need for an adhesion process, improving productivity. In addition, the cost can be reduced by the amount of adhesive, and the decorative layer 2 can be replaced with the building board 1.
Since it can be formed to the same width as the base material, there is no loss of base material and it can be implemented at low cost.

以下、本発明を添付の図面を参照して説明する。The present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

In this example, the building board 1 has a thickness of 12 mm and a width of 6101 mm.
It is a rock wool board. For example, apply PVC paste to this building board 1 using a reverse roll coater to a thickness of 0.2 to 3I.
III*, and after application, it is gelled or gelled and foamed to form the decorative layer 2. The gelling temperature is 140-150℃ for 3 minutes, and for foaming, it is 200-230℃ for 4 minutes.
It is a minute. In this case, the decorative layer 2 may be provided with a pattern. After that, as shown in FIG. 2, the edge of the building board 1 is cut to a depth of about 111I11 from the back side,
A thin wall portion 3 is formed by leaving 0.2 to 0.5 mm of the building board 1. Next, 70 to 100 g of adhesive 4 such as a vinyl acetate resin emulsion is applied to the back side of the thin part 3.
15. After applying m2 and preheating by passing through hot air drying ES at 110°C. This thin wall portion 3 is crimped onto the cut end surface 5 of the building board 1, as shown in FIG. The building board 1 with its edges reinforced in this manner can be put to practical use as a ceiling material or wall material.

[Effect of the invention 1] In the present invention, a decorative layer is formed over almost the entire surface of the building board, and then the end portion of the building board is cut from the back side to form a thin wall part, After this, adhesive is applied to the back side of the thin walled part, bent to the back side, and bonded to the cut edge of the building board, so the decorative layer is formed by molding, and a large amount of adhesive is not required as in the conventional method. It does not need to be used, therefore, it does not embrittle the building board or adversely affect the decorative layer, and there is no need for an adhesion process (which improves productivity. Since the cost can be reduced by the amount of the agent and the decorative layer can be formed to have the same width as the building board, there is no loss of base material and the edges of the building board can be reinforced at low cost.
