When the frame plate c of the air cooler (cross fin coil type evaporator) b made of a flexible material is directly attached, the drain d generated in the air cooler b becomes dilute sulfuric acid, and the steel plate mounting frame that the drain d comes into contact with is attached. The contact part of a with the lower frame plate c1 is corroded. Therefore, at the time of design, there was a problem in that the plate thickness of the mounting frame a had to be made thicker by the amount of the estimated cutting allowance.

The point is to make it possible.

A thin protective member made of a corrosion-resistant material is interposed between the mounting frame and the mounting frame to prevent the drain from coming into contact with the mounting frame.

It is placed so as to cover it. Furthermore, a drain pan 22 made of stainless steel plate is installed below the air cooler 12. (See Figure 3).

Further, the condensing unit 6 and the cooler unit 7 may be of an integral type or may be of a separate type. Furthermore, if water is allowed to flow through the heat transfer tubes, an air conditioner with only a cooler unit may be used.

用的な効果がある。(Effect of the invention) According to the invention, when installing the air cooler 12 made of a corrosion-resistant material on the inner surface of the mounting frame 17 provided at the air suction port 16 of the casing 5, the lower frame plate of the air cooler 12 Since the thin protection member 20 made of a corrosion-resistant material is interposed between the mounting frame 17 and the mounting frame 19, the drain contact part can be made of only the corrosion-resistant material, which improves the corrosion resistance of the air conditioner. It has the practical effect of being able to significantly improve performance.

It also has the advantage that it can be made much thinner, reducing costs.
