FIG. 1 is a side view of a conventional lighting device, and FIG. 2 is a front sectional view thereof. In the figure, reference numeral 2 denotes a cylindrical synthetic resin base with a bottom, and as shown in FIG. 4, a threaded portion 3 is formed around the base, and a notch 4 is formed in the threaded portion 3 in the axial direction. 1 is a cap portion of a base 2 formed into a cylindrical shape with a head as shown in FIG.
The cap part 1 is fitted into the base 2. Numeral 10 is a lighting device component housed in the base 2, 5 and 8 are lead wires with one end connected to the lighting device component 10, and the lead wire 5 passes through the notch 4 and is folded at the bottom of the base 2. The curved portion 7 is locked. Further, the tip of the lead wire 8 passes through the bottom of the base 2 to form a bent portion 6, and the bent portions 6 and 7 engage with the bottom of the base 2, thereby fixing the lighting device component 10. Ru. In FIG. 5, reference numeral 11 denotes a bottomed cylindrical synthetic resin socket base, which supports a cylindrical socket holder 12 having a threaded portion therein, and has a central contact piece 13 at the center of the bottom. The threaded part 3 is the socket receiver 12
The bent portion 6 is in contact with the central contact piece 13. Further, the contact portion 9 of the lead wire 5 is connected to the notch portion 4.
, and protrudes slightly from the root diameter of the threaded portion 3, so that the socket holder 12
come into contact with. As a result, the lead wires 5 and 8 are energized via the socket receiver 12 and the central contact piece 13.

However, in the conventional device described above, although it is fine when the socket holder 12 is on the socket side, when the contact piece 16 is on the socket side as shown in FIG. 11, it is difficult to align the contact part 9 and the contact piece 16. and it was difficult to make contact with them.

Further, FIGS. 6 and 7 show another conventional device, and in this example, an annular groove 15 is provided at the tip of the threaded portion 3 of the base 2.
A ring-shaped contact member 14 is provided in this annular groove 15.
On the other hand, the lead wire 5 is retracted from the threaded portion 3 and is in contact with the inner peripheral side of the ring-shaped contact member 14. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, when the threaded part 3 is screwed into the socket holder 12,
The ring-shaped contact member 14 contacts the socket receiver 12 and the lead wire 5, and the lead wire 5 is energized. Further, as shown in FIG. 11, there is a threaded part 2 which is threadedly engaged with the threaded part 3 on the inner periphery of the synthetic resin socket base 11.
1 is provided, and a contact piece 16 that contacts the ring-shaped contact member 14 instead of the socket holder 12 may be attached to the bottom of the socket base 11. The ring-shaped contact member has a gap 17 as shown in FIG. 8, and as shown in FIG.
Also used are those with

In the second conventional example shown in FIGS. 6 to 11, since no contact pressure is applied between the socket holder 12 and the ring-shaped contact member 14 in the case of FIG. 10, the contact between them is sufficient. I couldn't get it.
Furthermore, the provision of the ring-shaped contact member 14 increased the number of parts, and this also resulted in a decrease in electrical conductivity.

This idea was made to solve the above problems, and it is possible to obtain sufficient current conductivity even when the socket side is a socket holder or a contact piece, and to create a lighting device with a small number of parts. The purpose is to obtain.

Examples of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIGS. 12, 13, and 16, one lead wire 22 protrudes from the notch 4, has a curved protrusion 23 at this position, and has a ring-shaped contact portion at the tip. 24 is formed. This ring-shaped contact portion 24 is fitted into an annular groove 25 provided on the lower outer periphery of the base 2 .

In the above configuration, when the socket has the contact piece 16 as shown in FIG. 14, the ring-shaped contact portion 24 makes good contact with the contact piece 16 with its contact pressure, and the socket as shown in FIG. Receipt 12
, the contact pressure of the convex portion 23 brings the socket holder 12 and the convex portion 23 into good contact.

During assembly, the tip of the lead wire 22 is inserted into the notch 4 of the base 2 from the outside and attached to the lighting device component 10 either directly or via a flexible conductor or the like. The ring-shaped contact member 24 fits into the annular groove 25, but the diameter of the ring-shaped contact member 24 is smaller than the annular groove 25.
5, and has a structure in which the ring-shaped contact portion 24 comes into pressure contact with the annular groove 25 when fitted.

As described above, according to this invention, a convex part and a ring-shaped contact part are formed on one lead wire, and when the socket side is a cylindrical socket holder, the convex part makes contact with contact pressure. If the socket side is a contact piece, the ring-shaped contact portion contacts with the contact pressure of the contact piece. Therefore, sufficient current conductivity can be obtained in either case. Furthermore, since the ring-shaped contact portion is integrated with the lead wire, the number of parts is reduced, and the reduction in contact points improves electrical conductivity.
