The present invention relates to a chlorine-containing resin composition with excellent weather resistance, and particularly to a chlorine-containing resin composition for use in agricultural films with excellent weather resistance. Chlorine-containing resins, such as vinyl chloride resin,
Due to its excellent transparency, strength, and economic efficiency, it is used in films, sheets, hoses, etc., and is especially used in large quantities as agricultural film for greenhouses, tunnels, etc. However, when these chlorine-containing resin products are used outdoors, they are known to suffer from so-called weather resistance deterioration, such as hardening and browning, due to the effects of sunlight, dust, oxygen, etc., and are particularly difficult to use as agricultural films. When used, it is most susceptible to weather resistance deterioration due to its usage pattern. Conventionally, metal salts of organic acids, ultraviolet absorbers, antioxidants, organic phosphite esters, etc. have been used as such weather resistance improvers, especially in agricultural films where weather resistance is most important. Therefore, it is common to use 3 to 5 parts by weight of TCP (tricresyl phosphate) or TXP (tricylyl phosphate) in addition to the above-mentioned compounds. However, even when used in combination, the effect of improving weather resistance is not sufficient, and a more effective weather resistance improving agent has been desired. As a result of various studies in view of this problem, the present inventors found that
We have now discovered a chlorine-containing resin composition that has a remarkable effect of improving weather resistance. In other words, the present invention applies to chlorine-containing resin. [However, R 1 represents −(CnH 2 nO−)mR 4 , and R 2 .
R 3 is an alkyl group having 12 to 22 carbon atoms or -(
CpH 2 pO−)qR 5 , R 4 and R 5 represent an alkyl group, an aryl group, a substituted aryl group, and hydrogen, and n and p
represents an integer of 2 or 3, and m·q represents an integer of 1 or more. The present invention provides a chlorine-containing resin composition characterized by containing a compound represented by the following formula and having extremely excellent weather resistance. The chlorine-containing resin of the present invention is a vinyl chloride homopolymer or a resin mainly composed of vinyl chloride, such as a combination of vinyl chloride and vinyl acetate, vinylidene chloride, ethylene, propylene, methacrylic acid ester, urethane resin, etc. These include copolymers, graft polymers, and blends with these resins. Next used in the present invention, [However, R 1 represents −(CnH 2 nO−)mR 4 , and R 2 .
R 3 is an alkyl group having 12 to 22 carbon atoms or -(

represents an integer of 2 or 3, and m and q represent an integer of 1 or more. Examples of the compound represented by this include the following compounds. These are typically 0.01 to 10 for chlorine-containing resins
They are preferably used in parts by weight, and may be used alone, in combination with each other, or in combination with conventional weather resistance improvers. In addition, in the present invention, in order to satisfy basic performance in molding processing or use, plasticizer,
Strengthening agents, heat stabilizers, metal soaps, lubricants, anti-blocking agents, organic phosphite esters, acidic phosphate esters or their metal salts, pigments, surfactants such as nonionic, fluorine, and silicone, ultraviolet rays. It goes without saying that absorbers, antioxidants, color inhibitors, epoxy compounds, etc. may be used. This will be explained in detail below using Examples. Example 1 The formulation shown in Table 1 was kneaded with a roll at 180°C to form a film with a thickness of 0.1 mm. The obtained film was subjected to an exposure test outdoors, and the condition of the film was observed and evaluated with the naked eye.
