(Prior Art) In general, various structures of this type of divisible connected packaging box are known. For example, multiple cardboard boxes may be placed adjacent to each other, adhesive tape may be attached to the adjacent portions to create a connected state, and the boxes may be handled as one box, and the adhesive tape sections may be separated as necessary. In other cases, adhesive may be partially applied to adjacent parts to combine them, or multiple boxes with open tops may be assembled, the openings may be covered with cut tape or a cover plate with perforated cutouts, and the cover plate may be assembled. The flap of the box and the side wall of the box are attached and combined to be used as a single package. In the case of these combinations, they can be divided by peeling off the adhesive or cutting off the perforations.

When applying adhesive tape or partially applying adhesive, each box to be combined is a complete individual box, so it is not necessary to combine them by hand. At the same time, when applying the tape, the tape is applied over the entire adjacent area in consideration of strength, so the box must be lifted or turned over when applying and dividing the tape, which reduces work efficiency. The disadvantage is that it is extremely bad.

Furthermore, in the latter case, when the parts are partially glued together, other parts of the box are often torn when they are separated, and there is a drawback that after being divided, the boxes are not ready for display but are arranged on a display shelf.

Furthermore, when a plurality of boxes with an open top are assembled, the opening is covered with a lid plate having a cutout, and the flap of the lid plate and the side wall of the box are attached to combine, the top surface becomes open. Because of this, there is a drawback that the product gets dirty due to the intrusion of garbage and the like.

(Structure of the invention) The invention made to achieve this purpose is:
In a connecting packaging box in which multiple cardboard boxes are lined up and packed into one, a cardboard box is provided with cuts on both side edges of the side wall for inserting a connecting plate from the top end downwards, and a plurality of cardboard boxes are inserted into the cuts. and a connecting plate having a U-shaped cross section that connects the cardboard boxes. is held inside the outer flap of the cardboard box, and the connecting plate and the outer flap of the cardboard box are connected to each other by a sealing means such as staples or adhesive. The connecting plate, which has a U-shaped cross section, is inserted into a cut in the side wall of the cardboard box, and the connecting plate and the outer flap of the cardboard box are sealed. Because it is a cardboard box, it is easy to divide it, and even after division, the packaging form is similar to that of a unit cardboard box.

As shown in FIG. 2, the cardboard box main body A has side walls 1, 2, 3, and 4 connected together via fold lines a, b, and c to form a panel part, and a side wall located at an end. A glue margin piece 5 is connected to 1 via a fold line. At the lower end of each side wall 1, 2, 3, 4, a bottom plate 6, 7 constituting a bottom cover is connected via a broken line e.
8 and 9 are connected to each other, and at the upper ends of the side walls 1 and 3, there is an outer flap 10 that is shortened by 1/2 of the separation band 15 provided on the connecting plate B that constitutes the canopy via the broken line f.
and an inner flap 11 are connected to each other, and on both side edges of the side wall 3 and the inner flap 11 connected to the side wall 3, an elongated cut 12 for inserting the connecting plate B is provided downward from the upper end. There is.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the connecting plate B has a rectangular shape with the same width as the side walls 1 and 3, and has a U-shaped cross section at both ends when it is bent when inserted into the corrugated box body. An insertion piece 13 having the same length and width as the cut 12 in the side wall 3, which forms a shape, is provided along the fold line g, and has two strips for dividing the connecting plate B in the center lateral direction, which is the connecting part of the cardboard box. A separation band 15 consisting of perforations 14 is provided, and an H-shaped notch is provided in the center of the separation band 15 to form the grip piece 1.
6 is provided. The width of the insertion piece 13 is
It is clear that in order to stabilize the interlocking packaging boxes, it is better to make them wider. In addition to the perforation 14 as a separation band that divides the connecting plate B,
It may be lined with cut tape or cloth tape that is stronger than the material of the connecting plate B.

The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and to explain how to assemble it, as shown in FIG. After bending, insert the connecting plate B having a U-shaped cross section into each cut 12 from above, bend the outer flap onto the connecting plate B, and then staple or glue the connecting plate B and the outer flap of the cardboard box together. If the cardboard boxes are sealed, the cardboard boxes will be connected.
