この考案は、板状の鉄心を重ねてなる鉄心ブロ
ツクに線材を供給して固定する線材取付装置に関

従来、鉄心ブロツクにスペーサとして鉛線から

合せたものである。しかし、接着剤を用いるた
め、乾燥設備を必要として設備が大規模となり、
また悪臭があつて公害を発生するという問題があ
る。さらに、接着剤費が必要で、コストが高くな
るという問題がある。

〔考案の開示〕

させて固着するものである。そのため、接着剤を

実施例
この考案の一実施例を第1図ないし第4図に示
す。図において、1は鉄心ブロツク2を配置する

配置される。3は線材4を鉄心ブロツク2上に送
給する線材送給装置であり、線材4を巻取つた回
転自在なドラム5と、線材4を挟んで送り出す一
対の送りローラ6とからなる。線材4は鉛線から
なる。配置台1の上方には線材4の先端を把持し
て鉄心ブロツク2上に供給する昇降式チヤツク装
置7と、線材4を鉄心ブロツク2に押付けるプレ
ス機8とが設置されている。9は配置台1の近傍
に設置した切断装置であり、昇降する上切刃9a

式チヤツク装置7の下降により、鉄心ブロツク2
上に供給される。この後、線材4はプレス機8に
より鉄心ブロツク2に押付られる。この押付けに
より、第2図のように線材4は変形して鉄心ブロ
ツク2の各鉄心2aの重なり面に圧入され、これ
