However, in these bags with strings, if the string insertion part is made too wide, it looks unsightly, so it is required to keep it to the minimum necessary. When the string is inserted, the string may spread in the longitudinal direction of the bag, and when the insertion portion is welded, a portion of the string may be welded to the film forming the bag. This tendency is particularly noticeable when a plurality of strings are inserted near the lower end of the folded overlapping portion and the folded overlapping portions are welded along the strings near both the top and bottom of the string to form a string insertion portion.

[Means and effects for solving the problem] The present inventor has provided a guide tube through which the string is inserted in the folded overlapping portion in the string insertion direction, and a welding device that connects the folded overlapping portion in the vicinity of the guide tube. If welded by
We have found that even when a plurality of strings are inserted, it is not only possible to form the insertion part of the string narrow, but also that it is possible to prevent the strings from being erroneously welded to the film, and have thus come to provide the present invention. It is ivy. That is, a guide tube for the cord, which is longer than the welding device in the string insertion direction, is fixed so as to be located within the folded overlapping part at the point where the cord insertion part is welded, and the cord is attached to the inside of this guide tube, and the cord is attached to the outside of the guide tube. The folded overlapping portions are respectively fed. The overlapping part of the conveying body that has been moved to the guide cylinder is
Using a welding device, the pieces are welded by sandwiching them from the front and back to form a cylindrical insertion part for the string.

The films merge at the direction changing roll 35 to form a double film 36, and then pass through the folding roll 37. The length in the axial direction of the folding roll 37 is shorter than the width of the film 38, and therefore, although not shown, both side edges of the film 36 protrude outward from the roll 37 by a predetermined length and extend toward the side surfaces of the roll end. Bend. This bent piece is folded back by the pushing piece 41 to form a folded overlapping portion 12. The narrow strings 24 and 26 supplied from the rolls 38 and 39 are attached to the film 36 via the roll 37, and the bent piece is placed on top of the film 36, so that the narrow thermoplastic string is attached to the bent portion. 24 and 26 will be inserted. In this way, the folded overlapping portions 12 into which the strings 24 and 26 are inserted are formed at both widthwise edges of the film 36.

The polymerized film 48 is fed horizontally between the rolls 57 and 63. At this point, a perforation punch 59 is disposed above the film 48 so as to move up and down, and below the film 48, a perforation punch 59 is arranged to move vertically. A pedestal 61 is arranged corresponding to the punch 59. The film 48 is fed intermittently, and when the film 48 stops, the punch 59 is lowered and the third
As shown in FIG. 4A, cutouts are made at the lower portions of the folded overlapping portions 12 at various locations on the front and back sides of the film 48. The notch is approximately 8 pieces connecting two circles.
The film 48 is cut in the width direction (perpendicular to the feeding direction) at the center of the cutout, as will be described later. Therefore, as described above with reference to FIG. 1, there are approximately circular notches at the upper portions of both left and right ends of the bag body, the notches are open at the side ends, and the upper and lower ends of the openings are located downwardly and upwardly, respectively. The hot seal part 76 has a pair of parallel protrusions 77, so that both sides of the outer side of the guide tube 76 can be welded.
It has 78. Since the interval between these protrusions 77 and 78 is slightly longer than the major axis of the guide tube 79, even if the string insertion section 19 is formed into a cylindrical shape by welding, there is a gap between it and the guide tube 79. The insertion portion 19 smoothly passes downwards outside the guide tube 79.
In addition, since the guide tube is slightly longer than the protrusions 77 and 78 and protrudes upward and downward from both the upper and lower ends of the protrusions 77 and 78, the strings 24 and 26 and the film 48 will not be erroneously welded together.

Note that the guide tube may have any shape as long as it is longer in the string insertion direction than the welding device that welds the insertion portion, but it may have a flat elliptical cross-sectional shape as in this example. If it is shaped like this, it will not get in the way when the welding device is welding the vicinity of the guide tube, and it is preferable that it will not interfere with the smooth movement of the string within the guide tube.

[Effects of the Invention] If a bag with strings is manufactured using the apparatus for manufacturing bags with strings according to the present invention, even if a wide string or multiple strings are used, these strings are accommodated in the guide tube and separated from the film. This prevents the string from spreading in the longitudinal direction of the bag, and also prevents the string from being erroneously welded to the film. Therefore, a string bag made of thermoplastic synthetic resin can be easily and reliably manufactured. In addition, the width of the string insertion part can be set to the minimum necessary width without interfering with the smooth movement of the string, and even when multiple strings are inserted, the manufactured bag with string is excellent. It has a beautiful appearance.
