る進退で調整部材の端部が位置する弁本体に形成
の目盛を読取ることで調整部材の回転数を判読す
ると共に、調整部材の回転操作で弁本体に形成の
基準線に位置する調整部材の外面に円周方向へ等
間隔に形成した目盛を読取ることで調整部材の回
転角度を判読して調整部材の調整量を確認するよ
うにしている。

を判読可能に設けた標示部とを備え、調整部材を
回転することによる調整部材の進退より調整部材
と表示部材との相対的な進退が大きくなるよう
に、調整部材を弁本体へ螺着するねじピツチより
表示部材を調整部材へ螺着するねじピツチを大き
く設けて成る。

対的な進退量によつて調整部材の回転数を判読で
き、調整部材の回転数を回転角度と共に容易かつ
正確に判読できて微小な調整量を正確に確認し易
くして誤操作を良好に減少することができる。

順次縮径させて軸方向内部に流入路2に連通する
連通孔7を形成し先端部に薄刃を形成している。
8はねじ部材6先端部の薄刃と嵌合孔部4に連通
する環状溝9とで形成する絞り部で、粘度の影響
を軽減して流通流量を制御するよう薄刃オリフイ
スに形成している。10は流入路2中に配設した
圧力補償スプールで、絞り部8前後の圧力を両端
面に受けて摺動し該絞り部の前後差圧を一定に補
償するものである。11はねじ部材6に連結して
取付け調整部材12を形成する操作部材で、弁本
体1の一端側の突出部へ嵌挿し、手動による回転
操作でねじ部材6を回転および進退し絞り部8の
開度を調整するようになつている。なお、調整部
材12はねじ部材6と操作部材11の2部材から
形成せずに単一の部材から形成することもでき
る。13は環状に形成した表示部材で、調整部材
12の外周に設けた右ねじのねじ部14へ螺着す
ると共に、弁本体1に形成した嵌合孔15へピン
16により回転を不能にして嵌合している。ねじ
部14のねじピツチはねじ孔5のねじピツチより
も大きく設けている。17は調整部材12に設け
た標示部で、調整部材の外周面の一部へ軸方向に
等間隔に目盛標示して形成している。標示部17
は、該標示部に相対する標示部としての表示部材
13の端縁18に最も近い標示目盛を目視で読取
ることで調整部材12の回転数を判読可能にして
いる。19は表示部材13に設けた標示部で、表
示部材の外端面へ円周方向に10等分に目盛標示し
て形成し、該標示部に相対するよう調整部材12
に設けた標示部20が位置する標示目盛を目視で
読取ることで調整部材12の回転角度を判読可能
にしている。なお、標示部19と20は逆に配置
してもよい。21は調整部材12に設けた固定ね
じで、回転操作して先端部を弁本体1へ当接する
ことにより調整部材12を固定するものである。

1目盛だけ相対的に進退するよう標示部17を設
けておけば、表示部材13の端縁18に最も近い
標示目盛を視覚により確認して調整部材12の回
転数を判読することができ、また調整部材12の
標示部20に対する標示部19の標示目盛を視覚
により確認して調整部材12の回転角度を判読す
ることができることによつて、調整部材12の微
小な調整量が容易に確認でき、微小な流通流量を
迅速かつ正確に設定することができる。

度を容易かつ正確に判読できて微小な調整量を正
確に確認し易くして誤操作を良好に減少すること
