Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は、ALCパネルからなる壁板を取付
けるに際して実施される壁挿入鉄筋支持部の構造

従来ALCパネル等からなる壁板を梁に取付け
た壁支持プレートに取付けるに際し、隣接するパ
ネル目地間に鉄筋を挿入するが、その目地鉄筋を
位置決めするため壁支持プレートのモルタル充填
穴に凸状の突起部を設け、この突起部先端に目地
鉄筋を溶接し固定していた。(第4図参照)
しかしながら、こうした従来の構造ではこの凸
状突起がモルタル充填時に充填穴をふさぐ結果と

き、かつ付勢力があるので目地鉄筋9の挟持が簡

レート重ねることにより鉄筋を落下しないようモ
ルタル充填穴内の所定の位置に係止して支持する
ため溶接の必要がない。それ故、短時間で目地鉄
筋を容易に位置決めして係止することが可能とな
