DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a mobile body position information notification system such as an AVM (Automatic Vehicle Position Display) system.

Currently, the AVM system that is applied when managing taxi dispatch at a dispatch center is the first.
As shown in Figure a, there is a method that does not use sign posts,
There are two main types of systems, as shown in b, which use fixed sign posts 31, 32, . . . . Sign post 31,
32 is a small transmitter that is distributed in a certain range, for example, on utility poles, and a unique position information signal Z indicating the installation position (Z A and Z B are signals that distinguish each other, for example, a numerical value that differs for each unique position) (FSK signal containing information) is constantly transmitted. Since the system shown in FIG. 1a is a system in which this sign post has not yet been installed, the one indicating the current position is manually selected from among the many switches on the position setting switch board 11 of the mobile station (taxi) 10. Variable position information signal Y
Output. The characteristics of this signal Y are basically the same as those of the signal Z in that it includes unique position information.
When the data transmitter 12 assigns a unique mobile station number to this signal Y and transmits it from the radio 13, the signal X received by the radio 21 of the base station (dispatch center) 20 includes the mobile station number and its Since the position information signal Y is included, this can be displayed in association with the display device 22.

On the other hand, in the system shown in FIG. 1b, the sign post receiver 14 receives the unique position information signals Z A , Z B , . . . from the nearest sign post 31 or 32, . A transmitter 12 assigns a mobile station number and transmits it from a radio 13. This is convenient in that the taxi driver can sequentially transmit location information without having to perform any operations while driving, but it cannot be used in areas where there are no sign posts as location information cannot be transmitted. The disadvantage is that the range is limited.

In this respect, the method shown in Fig. 1a is not limited in its range of use, but considering that automation through sign post installation will gradually progress, the position setting switch board 11 must be switched to the sign post receiver 14 one after another. First, this is complicated because it involves changing the wiring connections.

The present invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems all at once, and is characterized by a location information reporting system that transmits location information of a mobile body to a base station via a wireless line. A sign post receiver capable of receiving unique position information from a fixed sign post installed at a point, a portable sign post transmitting a manually set variable position information signal to the sign post receiver, and the sign post. The present invention also includes a radio device that transmits the position information signal received by the post receiver to the base station.

FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which the same parts as in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals. Mobile station 10 in this example
has a signpost receiver 14 as in Fig. 1b, but at the same time has a position setting switch panel 1 in Fig. 1a.
It is equipped with a portable sign post 15 corresponding to 1. Since the portable sign post 15 is simply connected to the sign post receiver 14 via a wireless line, installation and removal from the mobile station 10 is extremely easy (no wiring is required). Therefore, in a system where the sign post 30 is not installed, if the portable sign post 15 is installed and manually set in the same way as the position setting switch panel 11, the variable position information signal from the portable sign post 15 can be transmitted. Y is once received by the signpost receiver 14 in the same mobile station 10, and then sent to the base station 20 in the same manner as in FIG. 1a. On the other hand, when a sign post 30 is installed in this system, the unique position information signal Z from the fixed sign post 30 can be transferred to the receiver 14 by simply stopping the installation of the portable sign post 15 or stopping its operation. Since the data can be received in the same format as that shown in FIG. With such a configuration, even in a system without a sign post, there is no need for all mobile stations 10 to be permanently equipped with a portable sign post 15, and in the case of a taxi, only one in operation can be equipped with one as needed. There is an advantage that it can be done with
In addition, since the portable sign post 15 only needs to be received within the same mobile station, only a small output is required, and the output range is several meters.
If you do it to a certain extent, there will be no problem of the signal being received by other mobile stations.

As described above, according to the present invention, there are advantages such as extremely easy switching between a system in which a sign post is installed and a system in which a sign post is not installed.
