Claims (1)
金型に伝熱し、金型を加熱するプレス装置用熱盤
であつて、基盤部とその上面に密着して取付けら
れる蓋部とからなり、前記基盤部にはその上面に
巻線方向が隣接コイル間で互いに逆になるように
なされた複数個の加熱コイルが嵌込まれており、
且つ前記蓋部が基盤部に取付けられた状態で全体
が円盤状になるよう構成されており、前記加熱コ
イルに通電することにより前記蓋部を誘導加熱す
ることを特徴とするプレス装置用熱盤。 (2) 蓋部は基盤部に対して透磁率の低い材料を
用いた実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載のプレ
ス装置用熱盤。 (3) 加熱コイルの数は偶数個とし、二相交流を
用いる場合は各加熱コイルを直列に結線し、三相
交流を用いる場合は各加熱コイルをスター結線若
しくはデルタ結線に結線した実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項若しくは第２項に記載のプレス装置用
