Generally, this type of magnetic head has the structure shown in Figs. 1 to 5, in which a coil 3 is balanced wound around the main body of a bobbin 2 constituting the head part 1, and is attached to a device fixed to a coil fixing part 2a. As shown in FIG. 2, the lead terminals 4, 4 are fixedly attached with a thin layer of solder 5 coated around the lead terminals 4, 4. On the other hand, the case body 6 into which the head part 1 is fitted and fixed has the structure shown in FIG. ,
The holes are bored to be larger than the outer diameters of the lead terminals 4, 4.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the head portion 1 is fitted into the case body 6, and a predetermined back mold 7 is applied to the magnetic head, which is then soldered to the printed circuit board 8 of the device as shown in FIG. In this case, if the soldering iron is applied for too long, the heat will be transmitted to the base of the lead terminals 4, 4, and the temperature will rise. For this reason, the solder 5 covering the lead terminals 4, 4 with the coil 3 melts and flows out, and the solder 5 coats the lead terminals 4, 4 with the coil 3 melted and flows out.
a, 6a and may cause an electrical short circuit between both lead terminals 4, 4. Applying a soldering iron for a long time is often done when some kind of characteristic defect is discovered after the magnetic head is attached to a printed circuit board, and it becomes necessary to replace it with a good one.
Short circuits between the lead terminals 4, 4 may not be discovered during installation, which poses problems such as a tendency to produce defective products.

This idea was made to improve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it forms a separation band between the head part of the magnetic head and the case body to prevent short circuits between the lead terminals. Another object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic head configured so that short circuits between lead terminals will not occur even if the solder that binds and fixes the coil to the lead terminals is melted by heat.

Hereinafter, embodiments of this invention will be explained in detail based on FIGS. 6 to 9. In the drawings, parts and parts corresponding to those of the conventional example will be described with the same reference numerals. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the main body of the bobbin 2 of the head section 1 constituting the magnetic head according to this invention, and the bobbin 2 is wound with a coil 3 in balance. Reference numeral 2a denotes a coil fixing portion, to which lead terminals 4, 4 for attachment to equipment are fixed. The coil fixing part 2a to which the lead terminals 4, 4 are fixed has a notch recess 2 between the lead terminals 4, 4.
b is formed. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, holes 6a, 6a into which the lead terminals 4, 4 are inserted are provided at the bottom of the case body 6 into which the head portion 1, which is constructed by winding the coil 3 around the bobbin 2, is assembled. A protruding separation band 6b is formed on the wall between the holes 6a in a manner corresponding to the notched recess 2b.

As explained in detail above, the magnetic head according to this invention has a notch between the lead terminals of the coil fixing part to which the lead terminals are fixed, in order to prevent short-circuit accidents of the lead terminals that make up the head part. After forming a recess and filling the notch with adhesive, it is pushed open using a separation band protruding from the bottom of the case body, and the lead terminals are assembled into a structure in which the lead terminals are completely separated.
