本発明は、鉄骨構造または鉄骨鉄筋コンクリー
ト構造に使用する閉鎖断面を持つた柱を溶接接合

従来、鉄骨構造物の閉鎖断面を有する鋼製柱を
鋼板製底板に溶接するに際しては、第1図および
第2図に示すとおり、柱1の接合部に溶接用開先
部4を設けると共に、裏当材2を別に準備して施
工していた。この場合、底板3と柱1との間に良
好な溶接部を得るためには、柱1の溶接先端部の
開先4を高い精度に加工しなければならず多大の
工数が要求され、また、裏当材2を支柱1のフラ
ンジ内面1′に密着させることは非常な困難を生
じていた。とくに、裏当材2の柱1のフランジ内
面への密着性改善のために、通常裏当材2を分割
して設置する方法が行われている。しかしなが
ら、この分割裏当材2を用いる場合、溶接が継目
7で不連続になるため、この部分で溶接の欠陥の
発生が免れないという欠点があつた。また、柱脚

底板への溶接に当つての従来の欠点を解消し、強
度上の信頼度の高い溶接部を得ることができる製
作容易な柱脚金物を提供することにあり、接合す
べき閉鎖断面を有する柱の閉鎖断面に対応する周
縁突出部と、該突出部に設けた一様な溶接用開先
部と裏当部とを、底板とともに一体に構成したこ

本発明を実施例に基き説明する。第3図および
第4図は本発明の第一の実施例であつて、柱脚金
物8は、底板3には閉鎖断面12を持つ柱1の断
面形状に対応した周縁突出部11が設けられてお
り、さらにこの突出部11には、一様な傾斜面を
持つ溶接開先部9と、溶接すべき柱1のフランジ
内面1′にほぼ接するように設定された裏当部1
0とが設けられており、鋳造あるいは鍛造により
一体構造に成形されている。実際の溶接に当つ
て、柱1と柱脚金物8との設定は、裏当部10の
外面が、柱1のフランジ内面1′に密着するよう
に、柱脚金物8の裏当部10を柱断面12内に挿
入する形で行われる。そして、溶接作業は柱脚金
物8の開先部9と柱1の接合端部との軸方向間隔
の調整を行つた後に行われる。柱1と底板3への
芯合わせ、裏当部10と柱1のフランジ内面1′
への密着性を得るために格別の作業労力を要する
ことはない。第3図および第4図においては、柱
脚金物8は、アンカーボルト孔15を周縁部に複
数設置する固定形式の例を示しているが、いわゆ
るピン構造として柱脚を可動にするためにアンカ
ーボルト孔15を底板3の中央部に設けることも
