発振部として用いた下部電極で、この下部電極8
と加熱室底壁9,10とは絶縁材11によつて電
気的に絶縁されている。この下部電極8の絶縁部
にはアンテナ5から照射されるマイクロ波が本体
1外へ漏洩するのを防止するチヨーク溝12が設
けられている。13は加熱室上壁14に設けられ
短波発振器として用いた上部電極で、前記下部電
極8との間に短波の電界を生じさせ被加熱物15
を誘電加熱するものである。

状態となることなく一様に解凍調理することがで
