面に、前記上面板５の先端に開閉板９が回動可能
に取り付けられ、該開閉板９の内側下方に前後を
緩衝体１２で包囲され、前記溝３に入り込む切断
刃１１が取り付けられると共に、緩衝体１２の表
面及び該緩衝体１２に接触する前面板９の箇所に
軟質合成樹脂片１４を貼着して成る、切断装置を
