ある。第5図に示すようにストツパ32がテーパ
状の孔31の上側にある時はストツパ32は孔3
0をふさぐことがなく、下側にある時は孔30側
に突き出て孔径を狭くする。各テーパ状孔31の
上端には電磁石33が装着され、船体X側からの
操作により、ストツパ32を上下動し得るように
