トの頭部とカラーの外端の間には座金をはめ、こ
の座金と把握部材外面との間のカラーの外側には
ウレタンゴムなどの軟質弾性の座板をはめてボル
トとカラーと把握部材間の間隙の前部を封鎖し、
同上間隙の後部は把握部材の後部と爪の前部間に
