裏両面に、前記化粧縁の外周縁に沿つて固定され

にこれから若干の間隔をおいてその外側に配置さ
れた第2の棒状芯材と、前記第1の棒状芯材及び
前記第2の棒状芯材の両外側面にそれぞれ固定さ
れてこれらの第1の棒状芯材及び前記第2の棒状
芯材を連結して固定する飾板とによつて構成され
たドア構造において、前記第2の棒状芯材の内周
面に凹溝を形成して、前記剛性芯板材の各外周縁
を前記凹溝に蜜に嵌合させ、前記剛性芯板材の外
周縁の前記凹溝の巾方向に於ける相対的移動を拘
束するとともに、その深さ方向の相対的滑動を可
能になしたことを特徴とするものである。

相対的移動を阻止されているが、凹溝5aの深さ
方向には滑動可能となされている。

板6の熱伸縮に引ずられて芯板材3の周縁部3a
がともに反り曲ることがなく、剛性芯板材3の熱
歪のない剛性効果が極めて有効に活かされて飾板
6の反り曲りが阻止され、熱によるドアの反り曲
りが確実に阻止されるとともに使用されたボード
の性質上優れた防音、防火性が得られるのであつ
て、試験の結果も本考案のドアの熱変形防止効果
の著しいことが証明されている。
