の係止構造において、上記筒状のハウジングの端
縁部は高い部分と低い部分を有し、該ハウジング
端縁部の形状に対応した形状の嵌合部を持つ蓋体
が該ハウジング端縁部に嵌合され、該蓋体はハウ
ジング内部のロツド軸端面に回動可能に固定され
、更に該蓋体にはハウジングの周方向に回転すべ
く付勢手段が設けられてなり、該クランプ機構の
クランプレバーの作動によつて上記ハウジングが
ホークエンド方向にスライドした際に蓋体が元の
位置に残ることにより蓋体嵌合部のハウジング端
縁部の高い部分を受容していた部分とハウジング
端縁部の高い部分との間に出来た隙間へ、蓋体の
付勢手段により付勢方向に蓋体が自動的に回転す
ることによつて蓋体嵌合部のハウジング端縁部の
低い部分を受容していた部分が入り、ハウジング
端縁部の突出部を受容する事を特徴とする自転車
