However, in this configuration, a part of the sheathed heater 2 is placed outside the inner diameter of the pot.
There were drawbacks such as protruding pots, and the need to cast the heater around in the case of integral molding, which resulted in large irregularities and the inability to stack them when producing pots. To counter this, countermeasures have been taken in the production process by inserting partition plates between the pots and placing the pots alternately from front to back, but this is time-consuming and increases the number of man-hours. However, they have become extremely large and have become a major problem in terms of transportation.

A gap is formed between the upper surfaces of the pots, making it possible to stack seeds in the pot without the need for a partition plate.
実施例の説明
以下、添付図面に基づいて本考案の一実施例に

This is an insulating powder that embeds the wire 5 in the groove 4.

この種の発熱線埋込型調理器の場合、例えば

It is common to perform heat treatment at 380℃ for 1 hour,
At this time, moisture and binder evaporate from the insulating powder 6, which may cause discoloration of the pot surface or adversely affect surface treatment performed after heat treatment.
しかし、本実施例では、第4図に示すように、
鍋3を鍋8に積み重ねても、突起7により鍋3の

Even if the pots 3 are stacked on the pot 8, a gap is formed between the bottom of the pot 3 and the top of the pot 8 due to the protrusion 7.
Even if the water or binder evaporates, it is discharged through the gaps, so the pot surface is less likely to discolor, and surface treatment in the post-process can be done well.

Significant cost reductions are possible without the need for this. Furthermore, it is possible to work in the same state during heat treatment, which has the effect of saving time and effort.
